What are kitchen fittings?

Kitchen fittings are the mechanical hardware systems — pullouts, runners, hinges, bins, profiles, and organisers — that make cabinets, drawers, and storage units function. They sit behind the visible shutters and countertops, and they are the single biggest factor in how a modular kitchen actually performs over 10–15 years of daily use.
